I've worked and published in several different fields, including machine learning of complex dynamical systems, experimental aircraft design, stochastic optimization, and data assimilation. My current research focuses on learning probabilistic models of spatio-temporal systems, either entirely from data or partially conditioned on known physics.
I'm currently a doctoral student at the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies, supervised by Prasanth B. Nair. I also earned my MASc there, where I was co-supervised by Masayuki Yano and Adam M. Steinberg.
I do some occasional non-research software development, from flight test visualization software for Bombardier (company-owned, sorry) to a public transit status map for Toronto available here. This is pretty sporadic though, and I can't promise that everything I put out is actively maintained.
I am open to academic collaborations, so please feel free to contact me with requests.
